Welcome to Reinke Courier Subscription Services. By subscribing to our monthly delivery service, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

 

Subscription Service

Our monthly subscription service includes Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum options. Available Terms are 3, 6 & 12 Month. Subscriptions are billed monthly on the day you agreed to these terms and will renew by default unless canceled.

 

Payment

Subscribers will be charged based on selected membership levels per month. Payment is due at the beginning of each subscription period. If member goes over the order limit for the month term, an additional invoice will be sent at the end of the months term with only the additional charge. 

 

Delivery

Orders will be either collected or delivered to the desired physical address, no P.O. Boxes are accepted. Orders can be placed by phone, text message or by web portal. Username and Password for the web portal will be provided at the time of subscription. Delivery dates may vary based on location and availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

 

Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting any Reinke Courier Representatives.  Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.

 

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for partial months or unused services. If you are dissatisfied with your delivery, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

 

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.
